Because PHA values our landlord partners and seek to provide as many opportunities to our participants as possible, we continue to raise our payment standards whenever possible. Please note that even if a unit is within our payment standards, the rent must still be reviewed for rent reasonableness.

These Payment Standards apply to Housing Choice Voucher, VASH, Emergency Housing Voucher, and Mainstream Voucher Programs.

Payment Standards are inclusive of heat, hot water and electricity. Where units do not include any of these utilities, payment standards are reduced by the appropriate utility allowance.
