Carroll Tower is an elderly-only public housing development located near the Capital building on Smith Street in Providence.

• Laundry Room open from 7 am – 11:30 pm
• Vending machines and payphone on ground level
• RIPTA bus stop in front of development
• Located near Dunkin Donuts, the State House, Roger Williams Hospital, churches and stores
• Meal site – serving lunch at 11:30 am Monday – Friday
• Resident Services Coordinator available on site Mondays and Fridays

It is important to note that this site does have security staff and the Providence Police Department assigns a special security force to patrol all PHA developments.
