The PROVIDENCE HOUSING AUTHORITY announces that it anticipates awarding up to 50 Section 8 project-based vouchers through a request for proposals that has been released in October 2018.

The RFP is available at the PHA’s website,(see RFP here) or by emailing pasen@provhousing.org. The Request for Proposals is open to owners of existing housing as well as new construction and substantial rehabilitation. All projects must be within the City of Providence and meet other requirements set forth in US Department of Housing and Urban Development regulations as well as local requirements set forth in the RFP.

Questions related to the RFP must be submitted by email to pasen@provhousing.org no later than 4:00pm on Thursday, November 8^th and responses will be posted on the PHA’s website as they become available.
