The PHA is currently looking for landlord partners.  Incentives to participate in the program by leasing to our voucher holders include:

• Landlord renting to a new VASH Participant – $1000
• New Landlord to the Program – $1,000
• Leasing in an Opportunity Area (census tracts: 15,21.01,23,24,32,33,34,35)
• Landlord renting to a new Mainstream Participant – $1,000

• Online landlord portal to manage payments, listings, communicate with the PHA, view documents, etc.
• Consistent monthly direct deposits of rental payments into your account.
• Training and how to’s offered regularly by our staff and partners who are experts in their respective fields.
