  • Notice of Amendment to the Providence Housing Authority’s 2025 Annual Plan and Public Comment Period

    The Providence Housing Authority (PHA) will be amending its 2025 Annual Plan submission to the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). This amended Annual Plan will reflect the attached revisions to the PHA’s Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy and the PHA’s Administrative Plan for the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program. A public comment period begins on 10/13/25 and ends on 11/27/25.

Domestic Violence Resources

The Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) is a landmark law that enhances criminal justice and community responses to domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking. Since its enactment in 2013, the Providence Housing Authority (PHA) has been committed to ensuring that its programs and services effectively support individual protected under this Act.
