The PHA has updated our Special Operations Plan with new policies for on-site guests, as well as partners/groups seeking to help our residents. If you would like to access PHA developments and/or residents, please complete the following steps:

For political events:
Email the completed Event Request Form to Michelle Booth, Director of Strategy and Development, at MBooth@provhousing.org
For resident service events:
Email the completed form to Nicole Morillo, Director of Resident Services, at NMorillo@provhousing.org
Your email should include the following information:
- Your name
- Phone number
- Email address
- The PHA development(s) you wish to access
- A brief description of the purpose of your activity
Please note: All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. PHA staff carefully assess potential risks to residents’ health and well-being before granting access. Unauthorized individuals or groups found on PHA property may be asked to leave.
